Speaker: Mike Thompson
Mike Thompson is the Employer Relations & EIP Training Coordinator for Family & Community Services in Ravenna, OH, where he also serves as the Portage County Safety Council Manager. Mike has a Master's of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and is a certified Global Priority Solutions trainer specializing in socio-economic diversity and value-based leadership. In 2012, Mike co-developed EIP, a successful welfare-to-work type program that has helped more than 50% of its participants from local homeless shelters & transitional housing programs to overcome socio-emotional barriers and get back to work.
